  • Without three vendors and nobody accountable for the number.
  • Without you writing the ads, the follow-up and the scripts yourself.

How: you get the whole revenue engine, from the offer to the close, installed into the business you already run and handed to your team. Ads, creative, funnels, CRM, sales process, dashboards. One team accountable for the number.

What is The Selling System, in plain words?

Three answers before anything else: what it is, who it is for, and what it costs. Each one in the first sentence.

What is The Selling System?

The Selling System is the complete revenue engine for a founder-led company, nine systems from the offer to the dashboard, installed into your business by one team and handed to your people to run.

It is what the five growth case studies on this site are. Every one of them started without a working growth system and ended with one that was built, documented and owned by the team that runs it today.

$11.5M generated across five installs · All Done Consulting $4.6M, Acquisition Network $2.9M, Malik Consolidated $1.6M, Smart Sellers Academy $1.5M, Big Little Gyms $989K

Who is it for?

Owners with real revenue and a team who are landing clients but stuck at the same level, with growth that depends on the founder being in every loop.

It is not for a business without an offer that already sells, and it is not for an owner who wants to hand the whole thing to an agency forever. The system is built to be yours.

What does it cost?

There is no price on this page, on purpose: what it costs depends on which of the nine systems is capping you, and that is the first thing the discovery call finds out.

The shape is fixed even if the number is not: an install, built with your team over the first ninety days, then your choice of how much help you want running it. You own what gets built from day one.

Same problem. Two very different answers.

A specialist fixes the part they sell. Your constraint does not stay in that part. This is what you keep when the whole engine is one team's job.

Nine systems. One engine.

These are the stages of one engine, not a menu. The constraint is always sitting in one of them. The install starts with the one that is capping you, and each stage below answers the question an owner actually asks about it.

What does the offer stage fix?

The offer is what you sell, to whom, at what promise, and why now, and it is the one stage nothing downstream can compensate for, so every install starts here.

A weak offer makes every other system expensive: the ads cost more per lead, the funnel converts less, the sales calls run longer. Fixing it first is why the later stages come in under budget.

  • Positioning and the promise, written and tested against real calls
  • Pricing structure and the guarantee, if there is one
  • The one-sentence version your team can say the same way every time

Acquisition Network started here: offer positioning and pricing locked before a dollar of ad spend, then $2.9M from zero

How do the Meta ads work?

Creative is built from what has actually converted, audiences from your own data, and a loop runs from the CRM back into the ad account so spend follows closes, not clicks.

Most accounts optimise for the cheapest lead. Ours optimise for the lead that booked, showed and bought, because the CRM tells the platform which ones did.

  • Hook, script and edit built on a feedback loop from the call outcomes
  • Audiences seeded from your buyers, not interests
  • Creative tested on a budget rule, cut on signal, never on a hunch

Documented method, with its creative-testing rules written down and reused on every account

How do the Google ads work?

Search and local campaigns run on a written method: keyword research, campaign structure and bidding, conversion tracking that reaches the CRM, quality score work, and a red-team checklist before anything goes live.

Google rewards relevance and punishes guessing. The method exists so the account is built the same careful way every time, and so your team can read it later.

  • Keyword and intent map before structure
  • Conversion tracking tied to booked calls, not form fills
  • Landing page experience built to the same standard as the ads

The agency's Google Ads playbook, built and verified on ON-SITE Rentals, our own portfolio company

What about creative and organic?

Scripts and short-form video are built from a library of what is winning in your market, in your voice, on a production board your team can run without you.

Organic is the compounding channel. It is slow to start and cheap to keep, and it feeds the paid channels with proven hooks.

  • A research pass on what is working in your category
  • Scripts in your voice, not a template voice
  • A board, a cadence and a role your team can own

How does SEO and AI search fit in?

Your business shows up in Google, and inside ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity when your buyers ask them who to use, through page structure, answer blocks and the crawlability underneath.

Buyers now ask an answer engine before they search. The pages that get cited are the ones built so a machine can lift a clean answer from them, which is also what a human in a hurry wants.

  • A dedicated page per service, the top factor for both games
  • Every section opens with the answer, then the detail, then the proof
  • Schema, sitemap and crawl rules kept clean

Our GEO method, built on Expert Health, where AI search became a lead source on our own dashboard

What do the funnels, VSLs and applications do?

They turn a stranger into a booked call: the page, the video, the application and the follow-up, with qualification built in so your calendar fills with the right people.

The funnel is where most engines leak. A page that converts at twice the rate halves the cost of every lead the ads produce.

  • One page, one promise, one action
  • A video that makes the offer before it tells the story
  • An application that filters without scaring the right buyer away

Smart Sellers Academy: funnel architecture, capture flow and qualification, from zero to $1.5M

What goes into the CRM and follow-up?

Every stage, every automation, every reminder: leads followed up within minutes even when a rep drops the ball, and reactivation campaigns on the pipeline that went quiet.

Speed to lead and follow-through are the cheapest conversion gains in any business, and the first ones to break when the founder steps back.

  • Pipeline stages that match how you actually sell
  • SMS and email cadences that stop the moment someone books
  • Reactivation on the leads that never answered

Malik Consolidated: pieces that never talked to each other, connected into one flow, $1.6M

What changes in the sales process?

Scripts, SOPs and the real numbers: true show rate, true close rate, and whether the lead marked unqualified actually was.

The sales process is where a business learns what its marketing is worth. Without the real numbers, the ads get blamed for a close rate problem, or the other way round.

  • A discovery call playbook, role-played with the team
  • Objection responses written from your real calls
  • Call intelligence so the numbers are true, not reported

Acquisition Network: the discovery call playbook and objection responses, role-played with the team before launch

Why does the dashboard come last, and matter most?

One warehouse pulls the ad platforms, the CRM and the forms together, so the weekly decision is made on numbers everyone trusts.

It comes last because it needs the other eight to exist. It matters most because it is how your team finds the next constraint without us.

  • Spend, leads, booked, showed, closed, in one view
  • Attribution that survives a rep forgetting to tag a lead
  • A weekly rhythm your leads run

Smart Sellers Academy decides against a live KPI warehouse every week

How an install runs.

Four steps, in an order that keeps your money on the thing that moves the number. What you do is small. What we do is written down.

Step 1. Map

We get into your numbers, your stack and your process, and look at where the money actually stops.

What you do: give us access and thirty minutes. What we do: read the ad accounts, the CRM, the calendar and the call recordings, and write down where the leak is.

Step 2. Rank

The nine systems get scored against your business, so you know which one is capping you and what it is worth to fix.

What you do: react to one page. What we do: put the nine systems in order for your business, with the number each one is worth, and name the first one.

Step 3. Install

We build it with your team rather than around them, so they learn it while it goes in, which is why it is still running after we leave.

What you do: give us the person who will own it. What we do: build, document and hand over, one system at a time, starting with the one that is capping you.

Step 4. Measure

One constraint at a time: the number moves, or we say plainly that it did not, and then we go to the next one.

What you do: look at one dashboard weekly. What we do: call the next constraint before it costs you, and start again at step one.

Is it for you?

A straight answer saves both of us a call.

Book the call if
  • You are landing clients consistently but stuck at the same level
  • You have real revenue and at least a small team
  • Growth depends on you being in every loop and you want out of the loops
  • You want to own the engine, not rent it
Skip it if
  • You do not yet have an offer that sells
  • You want an agency to run everything forever
  • You need a result this month, not a system this quarter
  • You are not willing to put one person on owning it

What the five installs have in common.

Five businesses, five starting points, one pattern. Each line below is a fact from a written case study.

They all started without a working system

Acquisition Network had no lead flow, no sales process and no CRM. Smart Sellers Academy had a product and an audience and nothing between them. All Done Consulting had a calendar and a network.

Starting points, from the case studies

They all ended with the team running it

All Done Consulting runs every funnel, every launch and every campaign without us. Smart Sellers decides against its own KPI warehouse every week. Acquisition Network kept the system through a clean exit.

Outcomes, from the case studies

The engine held under stress

Big Little Gyms went from 15 to 189 clients in eleven months during COVID, a 12x scale-up, without a quality crash or a retention crater.

Before the call

Questions, answered first.

The things owners ask before they book. Straight answers, so the call can start further along.

01What happens on the discovery call?

Thirty minutes on your business. You leave with three things: which stage of the engine is most likely capping you, whether your business is ready for what you are asking for, and a straight answer on whether working together is worth it. You keep all three either way.

02How long does an install take?

The first layer goes in over about ninety days, which is how Acquisition Network went from nothing to a running engine. The rest follows one constraint at a time, so the timeline after that depends on your numbers, and we will not guess at it before we have seen them.

03Do we need to be running ads first?

No. Most installs start before the ads, because the offer, the funnel and the follow-up decide what the ads are worth. If your ads are already running, we start from their numbers.

04Can we hire you for just one piece?

Yes, and most engagements start that way. We still begin from your numbers rather than from the piece you asked for, because the thing you noticed is often not the thing that is capping you. If it turns out the ads are fine and the sales process is the leak, we say so before you spend on ads.

05Will this work with the agency we already have?

Often, yes. If they run a channel well, they keep running it and the system around them gets built. If the honest answer is that the channel is not the constraint, you hear that before you spend more on it.

06What does "the whole engine" actually include?

Everything between a stranger and a paying customer, and the software underneath it. Offer and positioning. Ads, creative, organic and search. The funnel, the video, the application, the follow-up. CRM, pipeline and sales process. Websites, storefronts and custom tools. And the AI layer that makes all of it cheaper to run.

07Do you build software or just marketing?

Both, on purpose. Marketing that lands on a site that cannot take an order is wasted. Software nobody sends traffic to is a hobby. The ON-SITE Rentals and MachineryMaps case studies are the build side, the five growth installs are the marketing side, and Expert Health is both at once.

08Our data is a mess. Is that a problem?

It is normal, and it is usually part of the finding. We would rather know early, because a constraint sitting in your reporting is far cheaper to fix than a year of decisions made on numbers nobody trusts.

09Are you an agency?

Not in the way that word usually means. An agency owns a channel and bills you for it every month, and it stops where its invoice stops. We are accountable for the whole engine, we install the fix with your team, and we leave them owning it. If the honest answer is that you do not need anything from us yet, you get told that on the call.

10What does it cost?

We talk about that on the call, once we both know what we are actually fixing. Putting a number on this page before that would be guessing, and you would have no way to tell whether it was worth it.

Step one

Find out which stage is capping you.

Thirty minutes on your business. You leave knowing which stage of the engine is holding you back, whether you are ready to fix it, and what to do first. If it is not a fit, we tell you on the call.
