For owners with real revenue and a team

Put AI to work on the one thing capping your growth. Without hiring an AI team.

We are not an AI agency and we will not hand you a stack of prompts. We start from your numbers, find the constraint that is actually holding the business back, and install the fix with the team you already have. You get to watch that number move before you spend anything on the next one.

Thirty minutes. You leave with three answers either way.

Why most AI spend disappears

A year of AI projects, and nothing moved.

This is the pattern in almost every business we get into. It is not a discipline problem. It is a sequencing problem.

What usually happens

Tools first

  • You bought the tools and your team logged in a few times, and three months later nobody can point at a single number that moved.
  • Somebody became the AI person on top of the job they already had, so none of it ever got past experiments.
  • You installed what worked for a business that looks nothing like yours, because that is what showed up in the feed that week.
  • Every vendor you talk to opens with their product instead of your numbers.
What actually moves a number

Constraint first

  • We start from your numbers, so the first thing you install is the thing that is actually capping you.
  • You get the five areas ranked for your business, plus how to install each one, so your team stops guessing and starts executing.
  • You fix one constraint at a time, which means you watch the number move before you spend anything on the next one.
  • We work above your team, not instead of it. Your people execute, and they own what gets built.

We call this Constraint-First AI Mapping, and it runs inside every engagement we take.

Where AI actually pays

Five areas. One of them is yours.

In every business we get inside, the return shows up in the same five places. Which one is capping you is a question about your numbers, not about whatever was trending that week.

Area one

Marketing

Ads audited and rebuilt against real performance data instead of guesses. A funnel per audience in minutes rather than weeks. And your business showing up inside ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity when your buyers ask them who to use.

Area two

Sales

The CRM updates itself. Dead pipeline gets reactivated. Every lead gets followed up within minutes even when a rep drops the ball. And you see the real numbers instead of the ones that get reported to you.

Area three

Fulfillment

Onboarding, recaps, first drafts and client success stop eating your best people's weeks. The work still gets reviewed by a human, it just stops starting from a blank page.

Area four

Operations

Software you rent every month gets replaced by tools built for how your business actually runs. That is real cost off the P and L, and technology you own rather than lease.

Area five

God Mode

An AI coworker trained on your entire business. Every SOP, every sales call, every campaign, every number. Your team asks it what to fix first, and it already has the answer and the draft of the fix. We built one ourselves and run it every day: HeyFrosty.ai.

Constraint-First AI Mapping

Four steps. Then your team runs it.

The order is the whole point. Most AI work fails at step two, because nobody did step one.

1

Map

We get into your numbers, your stack and your process. Not a questionnaire. We look at what the business actually does and where the money actually stops.

2

Rank

The five areas get scored against your business, so you know which one is capping you, what it is worth to fix, and what has to be true before it can be fixed.

3

Install

We build the fix with your team rather than around them. They learn it while it goes in, which is why it is still running after we leave.

4

Measure

One constraint at a time. The number moves, or we say plainly that it did not, and then we go to the next one.

The record

Five businesses. $11.5M generated.

Every one of them started without a real growth system. Every one ended up with one that was built, documented, and handed to the team that runs it today.

These are outcomes from specific engagements over multi-year periods. They are not typical, they are not a promise of earnings, and your results depend on your market, your offer, and the work your team puts in.

Who you actually work with

I install myself above your team, not inside it.

I have spent six years installing growth engines for founder-led companies. Five of them are written up on this site, and together they generated $11.5M. The pattern was the same every time. The founder was the constraint, and no amount of extra tooling ever fixed that.

Today I am co-founder and president of Expert Health, a telehealth and peptide brand running on the same playbook. That business is where everything gets tested before it goes anywhere near a client. AI search is its number one source of leads and purchases right now, which is not something I read in a newsletter. It is my own dashboard.

So when we get into your business, you are not hiring an agency that wants to hold your ad account forever. You are getting someone who sets the standard, finds the constraint, and makes sure your team can run what gets built once we are done.

Before you book

The questions everyone asks first.

Are you an AI agency?
No. An agency wants to own a channel and keep billing you for it. We find the constraint that is capping growth, install the fix with your team, and leave them owning it. If the honest answer is that you do not need anything from us yet, you get told that on the call.
Does my team need to be technical?
No, and nobody on it needs to become the AI person. That role is one of the main reasons these projects stall. The install happens with the people you already have, doing the jobs they already do.
What actually happens on the discovery call?
Thirty minutes on your business. You leave with three things. Which of the five areas is most likely capping you. Whether your business is ready for AI at all, and if it is not, what has to go in first. And a straight answer on whether working together is worth it for you. You keep all three either way.
Our data is a mess. Is that a problem?
It is normal, and it is usually part of the finding. We would rather know early, because a constraint sitting in your reporting is far cheaper to fix than a year of decisions made on numbers nobody trusts.
How quickly does anything move?
You fix one constraint at a time and you watch that number before spending on the next one. That is deliberate, and it is also why we will not quote you a timeline before we have seen your numbers. Anyone who does is guessing.
What does it cost?
We talk about that on the call, once we both know what we are actually fixing. Putting a number on this page before that would be guessing, and you would have no way to tell whether it was worth it.
Step one

Book your AI Growth Discovery Call.

Thirty minutes. All you do is show up and answer honest questions about your business. We do the digging before and after.

1

Which area is capping you

Of the five places AI pays off in a business, which one is most likely holding yours back right now.

2

Whether you are ready

An honest read on whether your business is ready for AI, and if it is not, exactly what has to go in first.

3

A straight answer on fit

Whether working together is worth it for you at all. If it is not a fit, we tell you on the call.
